Successful cases

I&T is a new driving force for social development. As the “Innovation Facilitator” of the Government, the EMSD has been promoting the application of I&T and AI and actively supporting the “ Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong 2.0” published by the Government in 2020 in an endeavor to develop Hong Kong into a smart city and achieve carbon neutrality. To deepen the I&T culture of the department and strengthen the capability of the staff in applying I&T, the EMSD organised a variety of training classes and workshops and made good use of mobile applications, moving towards a new era of E&M 2.0 with colleagues.
